Day 2:  Letting go of LANGUAGE that doesn’t serve you

You will learn how your physical environment shapes you. You will be challenged to create supportive environments that help you, especially when you lack motivation or willpower. You will be challenged to clean up 3 of your most frequently used spaces, including your phone!

You will learn how language affects how we feel. How we feel impacts our behavior. You will be challenged to take out certain words that affect how you feel. You will be inspired to change your language!

Day 3:   Letting go of  BELIEFS that deplete your motivation

Day 4:  Letting go of ATTITUDES that limit you

So many of us walk around with limiting beliefs that make us unmotivated and deplete us.  You will be challenged to do certain exercises to help you uncover these beliefs and learn simple tools to begin letting go of them!

You will learn how our attitudes become deeply held beliefs based on what we have learned, often unconsciously.  You will be challenged to let go of attitudes regarding fear, the need for certainty, expectations regarding others and the need to control. The result? More joy!

Day 5:   Letting go of SITUATIONS so you can feel lighter

BONUS Day 6:  Start creating your PLAN for an awesome 2022

We will identify the “drama makers” in our lives and create boundaries around them. We will look at where we are saying "YES" when we really mean "NO," and you will be challenged to identify at least 3 activities that drain you. 

Now that you have learned strategies to help you let go of what drains you, this bonus day is to help you start creating exciting goals for 2022.

Meet Kathy McCabe 

Kathy is a veteran trial attorney & former equity partner turned master-certified life coach. She has been studying personal development for 30 years. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and building  communities of wellness and joy.

Kathy's strategies and insights have been featured in radio and media, including the Women's Bar Association of IL, Salon, Reader's Digest, The Mother List, Best Life Online, Voyage Chicago, Maroon Oak and The Wilmette Beacon.

Kathy helps professional women put themselves first and be true leaders in their careers and lives. She runs women's groups, retreats and workshops. She lives in Wilmette, Ill., and is a mom of two teens & one rescue dog, Buttercup.
